Delta zooms ahead with $2B in service upgrades

Delta Air Lines isn't sitting still after merging with Northwest Airlines. The Atlanta-based carrier will spend $2 billion over the next several years upgrading its domestic and international flights with better offerings, customer service and technology. "We just have to really work hard on building our customer service," said Delta CEO Richard Anderson.
