9-1-1 workers get firefighter training to raise awareness

Employees of the Rapides Parish 9-1-1 Communications District in Louisiana went through firefighter training exercises so they better understand what the job entails. They learned about the importance of communication, the two-in, two-out policy for entering burning buildings, and how to crawl low to avoid smoke.
