Congress could pass FAA reauthorization in 2011, Mica says

Rep. John Mica, R-Fla., said Congress could pass a long-term reauthorization for the Federal Aviation Administration by the end of the year. He met with other lawmakers Tuesday to discuss outstanding provisions for the bill. Congress has passed 22 short-term extensions for the FAA since 2007.
