Senator, C-SPAN urge SCOTUS to broadcast ACA hearing

Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, and the cable television network C-SPAN have presented the Supreme Court with separate letters urging the court to allow its first live broadcast of the proceedings on the Affordable Care Act. Grassley said the public has a right to hear the arguments, while C-SPAN officials said being able to view arguments made for and against the law would best serve the public interest.
