Study: Insulin resistance isn't tied to AF in patients

A study in the American Journal of Cardiology of more than 3,000 people revealed that insulin resistance was not significantly associated with atrial fibrillation. The study found 279 people developed AF during a 10-year follow-up, and only 64 had insulin resistance.
