Study sees flu prevention benefits in green tea

A study published in the Journal of Nutrition finds children who drink five cups of green tea per week are less likely to get the flu, and children who drink at least a cup of green tea a day had fewer days of staying home from school because of illness. Compounds called catechins are believed to be behind the benefit.
