Pandora's box on civilian drones in the U.K. "is open," scientist says

Unmanned civilian aircraft will be prevalent in the U.K. within the next 10 years, says Lambert Dopping-Hepenstal, a drone scientist. He expects drones to be introduced in jobs including search and rescue, weather monitoring and surveillance of roads and railways, but says passenger planes are not near the point of being pilotless.
