Chefs flock to England for foraging opportunities

Chefs and foodies in Britain are following in René Redzepi's foraging footsteps, hiring guides to help them navigate the country's rugged shoreline, marshes and mudflats in search of edible plants and fresh seafood. "Noma has been inspirational," said Tom Kitchin, the Michelin-starred chef of the Kitchin in Edinburgh. "We can learn from it and, as chefs, we ought to embrace it as we are surrounded by amazing wild ingredients."
