New technologies make plastic surgery less invasive

New, less-invasive plastic-surgery methods and new technology make large incisions in the body unnecessary, said Beverly Hills, Calif.-based plastic surgeon Dr. Robert Rey. He said the number of surgeries has dropped partly because of the new methods. Meanwhile, experts still advise patients to conduct research before hiring a doctor to perform a procedure.
