Schimpff's Confectionery highlights traditional Swedish candy

After a confectionery competition in Sweden, Jill and Warren Schimpff, owners of Schimpff's Confectionery, invited a Swedish candymaker into their shop to show customers how to make the traditional Swedish polkagrisar, a peppermint candy stick similar to a candy cane but chewier. In addition to the traditional polkagrisar, the store also is offering its own unique cinnamon version. Warren Schimpff would like to continue this international candy exchange to share cultures and candy ideas.
