Sequester could get stop-gap solution, says DOD's Hale

It's possible Congress will move a partial solution to sequestration cuts that could provide the Pentagon with some relief, says Robert Hale, the Defense Department comptroller. "I remain at least cautiously optimistic that we'll see some kind of micro-deal," Hale said, explaining that he's hopeful lawmakers might agree to a two-year deal on the across-the-board cuts.
