Study shows benefits of using video laryngoscope

Using a video laryngoscope increased first-time success rates and reduced complications during urgent endotracheal intubation, when compared with using a direct scope, according to research from Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. The study was presented at the CHEST 2013 conference.
