Report: Comcast's VoIP plans picking up steam

Comcast is speeding up its VoIP plans and could have service up and running in "four or five" markets by mid-February, according to a report by Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. analyst Craig Moffett. His report did not identify the markets but said they would cover an estimated 5 million households.
