Study: Healthy fats in diet can prevent heart disease

Adding beans and healthy fats including olive oil to one's diet in exchange for about 10% of carbohydrates can improve "good cholesterol" levels and help control high blood pressure, according to a new study. Researchers said they were surprised to see the addition of unsaturated fat in the diet could lower blood pressure, adding the findings would help shift standard dietary advice.
