Flight caps at JFK may hurt recovery, CEOs say:

Delta CEO Richard Anderson told lawmakers that a proposal to cut the number of flights at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport would threaten the airline's post-bankruptcy recovery. JetBlue Airways CEO David Barger also said the proposed cap should be raised.
