More U.S., international students choose to study abroad

New data show that a growing number of U.S. university students are studying abroad, while the number of foreign students studying here is also increasing. The annual Open Doors report by the nonprofit Institute for International Education shows the largest number of foreign students in the U.S. comes from India, with China in second place. The U.K. had the largest influx of U.S. students, followed by Italy, Spain and France; China ranked fifth.
