Colorado companies win $91.3M in clean-coal tech grants

The U.S. government has doled out $91.3 million in grants to Colorado companies developing clean-coal technology. The grants are part of a round of 22 awards in 15 states that totaled $575 million. One of the Colorado-based companies is testing a hydrogen transport membrane technology; another will fund a carbon site project.
