RFA's White: Proposed E15 label likely to scare off motorists

The Environmental Protection Agency's proposed label on E15 dispensers will unnecessarily scare the public, writes Robert White, the Renewable Fuels Association's director of market development. The statement "This fuel might damage other vehicles" on the sticker connotes a negative image about E15 that is not supported by scientific data. In addition, adds White, the bright orange of the proposed label could induce the "same kind of alarm as road-construction orange."
