Rogers: Office fundamentals still pressured by high unemployment

Office leases in many secondary markets still are under pressure from the high unemployment rates, Parkway Properties President and CEO Steve Rogers says. New leases are seeing the most pressure, with tenants demanding larger concessions. By contrast, renewals and expansions are delivering relatively good economics to landlords with acceptable levels of NPVs, he says.
