AAP criticizes Delta Air Lines' in-flight vaccine ad

The AAP has warned Delta Air Lines that its in-flight vaccine ad, sponsored by the National Vaccine Information Center, is putting children at risk for diseases that can be prevented by vaccination. "Influenza vaccine continues to be the best way to protect against the disease," the group's president wrote in a letter addressed to Delta. A petition posted on Change.org already has more than 3,000 signatures calling for the removal of the ad, which focuses on hand-washing.
