The shrub cocktail begins its comeback

The drink called a shrub is making a comeback at home bars and historical restaurants after decades of being replaced with commercialized substitutes. In the 19th century, a shrub was created with a mixture of fruit, vinegar, sugar and other flavors that was mixed with sparkling water or alcohol.
