Starved and neglected race horse gets a second chance

A once highly touted race horse prospect, Tiger was neglected and starved after he failed to meet racing expectations. Horse lover Kami Earlywine rescued him and brought him to University of Wisconsin Madison veterinarian Sarah Jacob. He may be too ill to recover, but if he does survive, Earlywine plans to keep him on her farm.
