"Mindfull" is a cookbook written to make nutrition science easy to understand by explaining the research behind the ingredients. Co-author Carol Greenwood, a nutrition and brain health professor at the University of Toronto, says the book avoids personal preferences and uses "real scientific-based evidence" about what is included in a healthy diet.
