Digital-voucher company looks to expand

Eighteen months ago, Todd Wackrow established Pocketvouchers, a company that gives retailers in New Zealand, Australia and elsewhere in the region the ability to offer digital discount vouchers. Consumers receive a "voucher" on their cell phones after responding by text messaging to an advertisement. The vouchers then can be redeemed in a store. The company is looking to expand over the next few years.
