Conn. AG seeks better disclosure of medical errors

Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal is calling for revisions to a law to promote greater disclosure by hospitals and greater transparency for medical errors and accidents. He also is seeking to increase the number of state investigations into errors, following a Hartford Courant investigation on the issue.
