Intuit's online and mobile application "Custom Manager" can help small businesses get "Salesforce"-type tools that were designed for larger companies, according to this blog post. Many small firms are using "QuickBooks," so the new customer-relationship-management application takes what they are already doing and makes it more efficient, Sam Diaz writes.
