Iowa casino unconcerned about potential competition

The Riverside Casino & Golf Resort in Iowa is not concerned about potential competition from a proposed $40 million Tama County casino. The casino in Washington County is the county's largest employer with about 800 employees. Joe Massa, the general manager of the Riverside Casino & Golf Resort, said the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission performs extensive research on casino applications.
