Judge: Chicago schools must discuss transfer options after violence

A judge on Monday ordered the Chicago school system to discuss transfer options with 10 Fenger High School students who have sued to transfer to another school after violence at their school. Their requests follow the beating death of a classmate. School officials said Monday they will meet with the students to discuss transfer arrangements.
