Montana district is developing comprehensive early-childhood program

Officials in a Montana district say they plan to open a comprehensive center for early-childhood education that would include services for preschoolers with special needs. To be housed in an empty public-school building, the center would be a partnership between public and private agencies, and it could provide such services as physical, occupational and speech therapies to provide intervention early.
