Recession can't melt specialty-food market

Interest in specialty foods such as high-end chocolate and cheese appears to be recession-proof as shoppers turn to affordable luxuries. Though people are saving money by cooking at home instead of eating out, sales of gourmet and specialty foods have grown faster than the overall industry for the past five years.
