Two Darden promotions reflect individual brands

At Red Lobster, which saw sales drop sharply last quarter, the "Create your own seafood feast" lets cash-strapped diners pay a fixed price to create a platter of two or three items out of a menu of 10. At the more upscale Darden-owned eatery, Capital Grille, artistic wine lovers have a chance to design their own wine labels. The winners will be featured on bottles of wine served at the restaurant next spring.
