Clinical trial of ReNeuron's stem cell therapy starts in Scotland

Scottish doctors have started a clinical trial to test the safety of injecting ReNeuron's fetus-derived neural stem cells into the brains of patients who have had an ischemic stroke. The study will evaluate the company's ReN001 cell therapy in 12 patients for two years.
