Stability balls are used to help students pay attention in class

About 200 teachers and students at a Waynesboro, Va., elementary school have swapped traditional desk chairs for large stability balls that studies and a teacher say have improved student's focus. Fifth-grade teacher Bethany Gibbs says her students are more interested in classroom lessons. "Now they're focused on what I'm saying instead of squirming in their chair," she said.
