USDA urges states to turn down Yum's food-stamp plan

The Department of Agriculture voiced objections to Yum! Brands push in several states to allow patrons at its Taco Bell and KFC restaurants to pay with food stamps. A handful of states including California, Arizona and Michigan currently allow food-stamp recipients who can't prepare their own meals to use their benefits at restaurants.
