HTC launches review despite PR head's resignation

HTC's global agency review for public-relations help in key markets such as the U.S. and Asia will continue despite the resignation of the company's global head of public relations four months into the job. HTC lost market share last year as its spending on advertising decreased from $120.9 million in 2011 to $43.4 million in 2012, per the Ad Age DataCenter. HTC is considering several agencies, including Waggener Edstrom, for the account.
