Minn. moves to the next stage of transition to online exams

Officials in Minnesota are in the process of selecting a vendor to administer online assessments, despite what some have described as a rocky transition to the online exams. In April, students had a difficult time taking the exams, but officials say they are hoping for fewer problems when almost all students take exams online beginning in 2015.
