Reforms inspire economists to brighten China outlook

Promised economic reforms emerging from China's Third Plenum are leading economists to revise upward their growth projections. Shao Yu, chief economist at Orient Securities in Shanghai, said China's GDP will pick up to about 8% growth by the end of next year on 10% annual growth in exports and a surge in investment.
