French architect Nouvel to design 75-story Manhattan skyscraper

Hines has selected French architect Jean Nouvel to design its Midtown Manhattan skyscraper that will rise 75 stories next to the Museum of Modern Art. The building is expected to house a 50,000-square-foot extension of MoMA galleries, a 100-room hotel and 120 luxury condominiums.
