Q-and-A: Pepsi bottler CEO sticks to old plan

Pepsi Bottling Group CEO Eric Foss plans to continue focusing on boosting the company's business abroad and including more noncarbonated beverages in its product line -- a strategy he launched when he was the company's COO. Foss said his priority is to fully tap the growing overseas market by repositioning its brand portfolio and overcoming challenges, such as adapting to changing consumer behavior and maintaining a more people-oriented business.
