Educators teaching via interactive television, online

It's difficult to find certified teachers for courses like Chinese and sign language, so some schools are turning to distance learning, which allows students to take remotely -- either through interactive television or online -- courses that their school might not offer. While the technology is helpful in creating access to the courses, some educators say it's difficult to bond with students and they are uncertain how much of the information is retained.
