Health care real estate remains strong despite the overall downturn of the commercial property market, according to speakers at conference in Irving, Texas, last week. The business tends to favor developers who have experience in the sector. "Hospital and health systems like to partner with developers and investors who have track records in these issues," said Ron Long, chief financial officer of Texas Health Resources.
