AOL's research team now part of ad unit

AOL, in response to the demand for data by marketers and ad agencies, has shifted its Adlytics audience research arm from its business intelligence division to its ad unit. "This is part of our core focus," said Erin Clift, AOL's senior vice president of global sales development. "At the heart and soul of that is very much research, data and insights."
