Proposed second stimulus could focus on transportation, jobs

Some lawmakers are calling for a "jobs bill" as a follow-up to the economic stimulus. Transportation advocates hope the second stimulus would divert more money to infrastructure. Under one proposal, the Economic Development Administration would be reauthorized with $500 million annually through 2013.
