Expert calls mauling case unusual

A 41-year-old Maine woman was seriously injured and underwent surgery after a neighbor's dog attacked her Friday, biting her more than 20 times on her face and body. One national animal behavior specialist called the case unusual, since middle-aged women fall into the demographic group least likely to fall victim to dangerous dog attacks.
