Propane company is cited over power line safety

A lethal fire at an Auburn, Wash., propane facility might have been avoided if workers had been trained to avoid high-voltage power lines, investigators say. The blaze was sparked when a boom being used to move propane tanks brushed a power line overhead. "They just hadn't realized the hazard the power line posed," said a Washington state safety official.
