RadiumOne develops tool to inspire users to "Like" brands

Startup ad network RadiumOne has created a "like retargeting" tool that gives marketers the ability to expand their pool of Facebook users who "like" their brands. The firm locates users who have gone to a brand's site and serves them ads intended to motivate them to "like" them on the social network, and also taps the users' social ties in hopes of screening the ads for them, too.
