Creative catered Thanksgiving meals win more fans

Caterers and supermarket chefs are getting more creative with their Thanksgiving meals, with free range turkeys and side dishes like brandy marinated cranberry sauce, ciabatta stuffing and apricot-glazed sweet potatoes. Some 30 million Americans plan to buy at least part of their dinner already prepared, according to an NRA survey and, while restaurant traffic for the day is expected to hold steady, demand for turkey day takeout is likely on the rise, said spokeswoman Annika Stensson.
