Feds approve pipeline to transport Eagle Ford resources to Mexico

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Nov. 8 approved NET Mexico Pipeline Partners' proposal "to site, construct, connect, operate, and maintain a border-crossing facility" in Starr County, Texas, to export Eagle Ford Shale resources to Mexico. The company said it expects to finish building the 120-mile pipeline in October.
