Insurance measure in Colo. aims to help consumers rebuild after wildfires

Wildfires in Colorado this year led to passage of legislation aimed at improving insurance coverage for consumers in the event of a total home loss and at ensuring they understand their coverage. Some homeowners who were affected by the fires said their insurance was, on average, $103,000 short of rebuilding a comparable home.
