Mercedes uses responsive Web design to deliver personalized content

During a recent talk at New York University, a Mercedes-Benz executive provided a behind-the-scenes look at how the automaker used responsive Web design to serve customized content. Derek Johnson, Mercedes-Benz USA's supervisor of digital marketing platforms, said the website was designed with mobile users in mind, given that about 85% of the Mercedes buying demographic owns smartphones.
